Each pair is crafted from premium horsehide using time-honored water-dyeing methods — the leather is batch-dyed in rotary barrels, where movement and friction naturally polish and enrich the surface, giving it a distinctive mottled tone and refined sheen. The GOODYEAR hand-welted construction firmly unites the leather upper with the sole, ensuring exceptional durability and comfort over time. Inspired by the boots worn by grassland horsemen, the design captures an authentic rugged charm with elevated craftsmanship. A metallic cross-flower emblem adorns the tongue, a signature mark of SMFK’s artisanal identity.
