We accept returns and exchanges request within 3 days,
starting from the day your order was delivered.

How Do I Make A Return or exchange?

If you want to return or exchange, you can start a return or exchange case in your account, or contact us within 3 days after delivery.

Can I Still Return or exchange Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

Return and exchange Shipping will be on your charge.

Important Notice
1. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the CHINASQUAD Site by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
2. If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

Refund
1. For products that are returned in accordance with this return Policy, Refunds won't be returned to your account of your original Payment method. refunds will be processed as gift Card balance within 7 days we receive your return package.
Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

Exchange
1. Every item can only exchange once, The exchange shipping fee will be on your charge.

NOTE: If you have any issues with returns or exchanges, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your purchase date.

Final sale, Pre-sale order and pre-owned items

Final sale items
Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. If your order arrived in a flawed condition, please contact our global Customer Service team.

Pre-sale items
Because our pre-sale products were not recorded in our Los Angeles warehouse, we can not accept returns and exchanges request unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.


Pre-owned items
Pre-owned items sold at CHINASQAUD are checked prior to sale to guarantee their quality and precision. These items should be treated with care and returned in the same condition they were received.

If any of your purchases arrive in a flawed or faulty condition, or without CHINASQUAD and brand tags attached, contact our Customer Service team.
