1. Why are CHINASQUAD prices so low?
Our unique business model makes this possible. We are a small and efficient team that leverages automation and cloud AI to operate with extremely high efficiency. We work directly with brands to secure preferential wholesale prices, and through global logistics partnerships we minimize shipping, operational, and supply chain costs — allowing you to purchase top-tier Chinese designer brands at nearly original prices in China, with global free shipping.
At CHINASQUAD, you’re shopping from China’s new-generation designer labels and fast-fashion brands — many of which generate tens of millions of USD in annual fashion sales in Mainland China, and have been handpicked and verified through the choices of hundreds of millions of Chinese fashion consumers.
Prices may vary by region: The same product may have different pricing depending on its origin and your delivery location. Adding an item to your shopping bag or wishlist will not reserve its price. The best available price for your destination will always be shown at checkout.
2. Currencies & exchange rates
- Automatic currency localization: Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of your delivery destination.
- Prefer to pay in USD? Switch your site region to United States to settle in USD.
- Exchange rate: If your local currency is not supported, your order will be charged in USD at a competitive exchange rate.
We do not support cryptocurrency payments. For Alipay / WeChat Pay, please contact our team via live chat or email for a manual payment link (available in limited regions).
3. When will my card be charged?
For debit/credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported methods, charges or authorizations occur when your order is placed. The exact posting time may vary depending on your card issuer or payment gateway.

We currently do not accept cryptocurrency. All payments are processed through secure channels with automated and manual fraud screening (including 3-D Secure / PSD2 verification and address matching checks).
5. Shop Pay Installments — How it works
How does Shop Pay Installments work?
Shop Pay Installments is a financing option that lets you split eligible purchases into smaller payments, including
“Buy Now, Pay Later” plans. After you place your order with CHINASQUAD and select Shop Pay Installments at checkout,
you’ll be guided to complete a short application and consent flow with the financing provider behind Shop Pay Installments.
To determine eligibility, the provider may run a soft credit check (a “soft search”) with a credit agency; this does
not affect your credit score.
To offer you Shop Pay Installments, CHINASQUAD may pass your contact and order details to the provider at checkout so they can
assess eligibility and tailor available plans. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provider’s
privacy policy and applicable law.
Am I eligible for Shop Pay Installments?
You must be at least 18 years old (adulthood in your jurisdiction) and reside in a market where Shop Pay Installments
is supported (e.g., selected regions such as the United States). Availability, plan types (Pay-in-4, monthly installments),
purchase limits, and rates are determined by the provider based on your financial circumstances and may vary by region.
Using Shop Pay Installments will not affect your credit score; however, borrowing more than you can afford or paying late
can negatively impact your finances and ability to obtain credit. Late fees may apply per the provider’s terms.
Plans are only available if your billing and delivery addresses are within markets where Shop Pay Installments is offered.
Maximum order amounts and other limits are set by the provider and may change.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
Once CHINASQUAD accepts your cancellation or return, the Shop Pay Installments provider will cancel any future scheduled
payments and refund any amounts already paid (subject to the provider’s processing timelines). You’ll see the adjustment
reflected in your Shop Pay/financing account when processed.
What happens if I miss a payment?
The provider will attempt to collect payment from the debit/credit card you enrolled at checkout on the scheduled due date.
If a payment cannot be collected, the provider may automatically re-attempt after a short interval and/or issue a statement
with a new due date. You’ll typically receive reminders (push/app/email/SMS) before payment is due. Paying on time avoids
late fees and helps keep your account in good standing. Repeated missed payments can result in default and loss of access
to Shop Pay Installments in the future. The provider may continue to attempt collection for overdue amounts, invoice you for
the unpaid total, and, as a last resort, engage a third-party collections agency.
Important disclosures: Availability, plan terms, APR/fees, maximum purchase limits, and repayment schedules are
provided by the Shop Pay Installments financing provider and may vary by region and order amount. Review the provider’s
Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy shown during checkout before confirming a plan.
6. Taxes, duties, and pricing (DDP)
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): CHINASQUAD only operates under DDP. All import duties are included in product prices — you will not be asked to pay customs fees upon delivery.
- U.S. Sales Tax: For orders shipped from within the United States, sales tax may apply depending on your state. If not applicable, no sales tax will be charged.
- Displayed prices: All prices are inclusive of import duties and taxes, but exclude local U.S. sales tax where applicable.
If you receive any message or email from someone claiming to collect “customs fees” or “duty payments,” please ignore it — it is likely fraudulent. If in doubt, always
contact CHINASQUAD support first.
7. PSD2 & 3-D Secure verification (EU)
Under the European PSD2 regulation, online payments may require 3-D Secure authentication. Your bank may ask you to confirm your identity via SMS, email, your banking app, or biometric verification. Once confirmed, your order will proceed automatically.
Please ensure your bank has your correct contact information to avoid verification delays.
8. Payment troubleshooting
- Check that your card supports international/online transactions and that your limit is sufficient.
- Verify that your billing address matches the one on file with your bank.
- Disable VPNs or proxies and try again, or use Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay.
- If 3-D Secure verification fails, contact your bank or try a different browser.

9. How to delete saved card details
- Start a mock checkout (no payment needed).
- Click Edit under “Payment Method.”
- Delete your saved card and save changes.
For third-party wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.), please manage your cards directly in their respective apps or accounts.
10. Pricing accuracy & updates
Prices may vary across regions due to differences in origin, stock, logistics, and tax. This applies to both full-priced and discounted items. We will always show the most accurate price available for your shipping destination at checkout.
Adding an item to your cart or wishlist does not reserve its price or availability.
11. Refund processing time
Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or wallet provider. Installment refunds follow the provider’s policy.
