When available at checkout, optional Coverage covers eligible return shipping only. A personal-reason exchange still incurs US$12 for replacement shipping, including when Coverage was purchased. Coverage does not waive the 10% original-payment refund fee or other applicable policy deductions.

DHL Express Options

For personal-reason returns, original paid shipping is nonrefundable. If an order originally qualified for US$99 free standard shipping and the retained merchandise falls below US$99 after the return, US$12 is deducted for the original standard shipping. Eligible return postage is separate unless covered by Coverage; a personal-reason exchange always incurs US$12 replacement shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video showing the package, packing slip, affected item laid flat, size label and issue. Claims are verified before a remedy is provided; late claims may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Confirmed quality issues follow their dedicated policy terms, with no 10% fee and applicable return shipping covered. Shipping and shopping support

Order processing and transit are separate. In-stock items normally dispatch within 48 hours; preorder dates follow the product page. Standard transit to the United States is estimated at 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 business days from Hong Kong/China, measured after dispatch. DHL Express, where available as a paid upgrade, is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance and other delays can extend these estimates. Import duties are included for destinations and services offered on a DDP basis; any separately payable local taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
