TERMS OF PURCHASE
1. Ordering Process
All advertisements on the Site are invitations to purchase and not offers to sell. CHINASQUAD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted. Upon receiving your order, we will send an automatic confirmation email to the email address associated with your account. This email only acknowledges the receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance. CHINASQUAD reserves the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of the order, and we will notify you of our decision via the email provided in your order form. For **stock items**, we will ship within 48 hours of order confirmation, unless the product is a pre-sale item. If the product is a pre-sale item, we will specify the estimated shipping time in your order summary. If you wish to cancel an order or change its details, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Availability
2.1 The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. If any items are no longer available, CHINASQUAD will not fulfill your order, and you will not be charged for unavailable items. Availability may also be affected by order delays or logistical issues. In some cases, products may not be out of stock but have not yet been shipped. If this occurs, please contact us immediately, and we will issue a refund if necessary. The Site only ships products to addresses within the United States, Hong Kong, and other eligible countries. If the product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide alternative options.
2.2 Due to CHINASQUAD having only one global site, without separate country-specific sites, orders can be placed from any country. However, due to changes in logistics regulations, orders from some countries may not be shipped. This may be caused by uncontrollable factors such as international relations, war, natural disasters, and other force majeure events that may delay or prevent shipment. You may inquire with CHINASQUAD customer service in advance to check if shipping is possible. We will also reach out to check the specific stock and shipping conditions. However, CHINASQUAD has no obligation to proactively contact customers, and orders that are not proactively contacted will not hold CHINASQUAD responsible for delays, cancellations, or any additional compensation obligations.
3. Price
Prices for items listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes (if shipping to the U.S.), unless otherwise noted. For customers located outside the U.S., all prices include shipping but may be subject to local taxes and duties, which will be determined during checkout. For certain U.S. regions, local sales tax may be added depending on the product and shipping location. Price adjustments will be reflected in the final checkout screen. Any additional fees such as customs duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Methods of Payment
When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address associated with your credit card. If it does not, we will be unable to process your order. You may pay using a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or Apple Pay, and you authorize CHINASQUAD to charge the applicable card for the Fee. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be processed, and CHINASQUAD has no obligation to fulfill your order. Additionally, we accept payments in USD, GBP, EUR, and other major currencies. For international payments, customers will be billed in their selected currency and must bear any additional processing fees that may apply.
5. Shipment
Your order will be shipped to the U.S. delivery address provided during the order process. CHINASQUAD operates from multiple warehouse locations, including the U.S. and Hong Kong, depending on the availability of the product. Please note that products in the U.S. may sometimes be shipped from China due to logistics arrangements. CHINASQUAD is not responsible for any loss of products after shipment from our facility to your specified delivery address. Carrier charges may apply if you choose to receive SMS notifications regarding the delivery of your order. We also provide tracking options on the Site. For international orders, delivery times and customs fees vary by destination.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise in saleable condition with the original receipt can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within seven (7) days from the purchase date, excluding final sale items. Products such as high-end watches, high jewelry, and personalized items (including engraved products) are final sale only. Returns or exchanges of these items must include the original packaging, warranty certificates, and product documentation. Beauty products must remain unused in the original packaging for returns, and perfume packaging must remain sealed. International returns may require the customer to pay for return shipping.
7. Passwords
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. CHINASQUAD is not liable for any damages or expenses arising from unauthorized use of your password or account. Please keep your login details confidential. You must notify CHINASQUAD immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Purchase, together with your purchase order or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between you and CHINASQUAD regarding any purchase made through the Site. CHINASQUAD reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time.
13. Product Purchase Limitations
CHINASQUAD limits the quantity of certain products that can be purchased to ensure better availability. These limits include, but are not limited to, limits on leather goods, shoes, perfumes, and ready-to-wear items. In case of non-compliance, we may refuse orders or transactions for up to two years from your last purchase.
