Prizes

  2. Prizes are issued as digital store credit / gift cards, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

Timing & Winners

  2. Winners are selected at random and announced on June 15, 2026, then contacted via direct message.
  3. Winners must respond within 5 days of notification to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

Eligibility

  1. Open to participants aged 18 and over (or the age of majority in their region).
  2. Accounts and tagged friends must be real and public for entries to be verified.
  3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok or Instagram. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability.
  4. CHINASQUAD reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate platform rules or these terms, and to amend or cancel the giveaway if required.
Returns & Exchange Policy

Because these orders are placed at promotional pricing, returns are handled differently from regular-price orders. By purchasing during Besties Day you agree to the following:

  1. Promotional difference is repaid. Any discount applied to the order (e.g. the BOGO 30% off) is forfeited on return. The promotional price difference will be deducted from your refund, or must be paid back, so the returned item is settled at its full original price.
  2. Free-shipping cost is repaid. If your order received free shipping as part of this promotion, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (or charged) when the return causes the order to no longer qualify for free shipping.
  3. 10% restocking fee. A restocking fee equal to 10% of the item's value applies to all returns and is deducted from the refund.
  4. Store credit only. Orders that took part in this promotion are refunded as CHINASQUAD store credit only — not to the original payment method.
  5. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Final-sale and excluded categories (Men's, Luxury, Sale) are not returnable.
  6. Exchanges follow the same terms; any price difference between the original and exchanged item is settled at current pricing.
  7. CHINASQUAD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
