Returns and refunds
You can request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery by contacting Client Services for a return authorization (RMA); items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags. Returns for reasons other than a defect carry a 10% processing fee, which is waived if you choose store credit, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, CHINASQUAD covers the return and issues a full refund or replacement. Final Sale items, shoes and the Luxury collection cannot be returned.
