The original shoe box is also an essential part of the product, and it is easily damaged on the long return journey. Once this happens, the shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new, authentic items.

    So that every customer receives footwear that is brand-new, clean and free of any signs of wear — and to protect the experience and fair treatment of the next customer — footwear cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once it has been dispatched. Faulty or defective items are, of course, always covered.

Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.
