The original shoe box is also an essential part of the product, and it is easily damaged on the long return journey. Once this happens, the shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new, authentic items.

    So that every customer receives footwear that is brand-new, clean and free of any signs of wear — and to protect the experience and fair treatment of the next customer — footwear cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once it has been dispatched. Faulty or defective items are, of course, always covered.

    In-stock items normally dispatch within 48 hours; pre-orders follow the schedule shown for the product. Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     For eligible items, request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery; delivery day is day 1. Personal-reason refunds to the original payment method have a 10% fee; store credit avoids this fee. Personal-reason exchanges have a US$12 reshipping fee, including with Coverage. Coverage covers eligible return shipping only. Return postage and a US$12 original free-shipping deduction may also apply. Final Sale, shoes, Luxury and specified pre-orders have exclusions.     If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video clearly showing the entire package, packing slip, affected item laid flat, size label, and the reported issue. All details must be clearly visible for verification with our warehouse and designer brand. Refunds or compensation cannot be approved until verification is complete. Confirmed issues will be resolved accordingly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
