Chunky Platform Slip-On Loafers

In-stock items normally dispatch within 48 hours; pre-orders follow the schedule shown for the product. Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional. Services and charges depend on the item and destination and are shown at checkout. See shipping details.

Shoes show signs of wear as soon as they are tried on (creased uppers, scuffed soles), and the shoe box is easily damaged in return shipping, so returned shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new. For this reason, footwear cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons, such as size, fit, color or a change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are still covered: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with one continuous, unedited video showing the package, the item and the issue, and once the issue is confirmed, we will refund, exchange or replace the item as appropriate. Please check the size guide and product details carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. See Section 6 of our Returns & Exchanges policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video clearly showing the entire package, packing slip, affected item laid flat, size label, and the reported issue. All details must be clearly visible for verification with our warehouse and designer brand. Refunds or compensation cannot be approved until verification is complete. Confirmed issues will be resolved accordingly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Import duties are included where DDP service is offered. Shipping charges and any separately payable taxes are shown at checkout. U.S. state/local sales tax or other domestic taxes may apply separately; duty-inclusive does not mean all taxes are included. View shipping and tax details.
