    Product Description

    Shoe Return Policy

Footwear is easily marked the moment it is tried on — the leather or fabric upper creases, the sole picks up slight scuffing or dust — and these traces cannot be undone. The original shoe box is also an essential part of the product, and it is easily damaged on the long return journey. Once this happens, the shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new, authentic items.

So that every customer receives footwear that is brand-new, clean and free of any signs of wear — and to protect the experience and fair treatment of the next customer — footwear cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once it has been dispatched. Faulty or defective items are, of course, always covered.

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering — our team is glad to help you find the right fit.

    Fabric & Care

These boots have a textured woven exterior with a soft, insulating shearling-style interior and a sturdy rubber sole. To care for them, brush off dry dirt after wear and let them air dry naturally away from direct heat; avoid machine washing or soaking.

    Fit & Sizing

This style has a structured, mid-calf fit with a practical boot shape that should feel secure on the foot. For the most accurate fit, please check the size chart on the page for exact measurements before ordering.

    FAQ

Are these boots warm enough for winter?

Yes, the shearling lining is designed to add warmth and comfort in cold weather. They are a strong choice for winter city wear and cooler outdoor conditions.

    Are they waterproof?

They are built with a rubber outsole and a durable boot construction, but they are not described as fully waterproof. For wet conditions, treat them as weather-resistant rather than waterproof.

How should I style these boots?

They work well with straight-leg trousers, leggings, or layered winter looks. The rugged silhouette also pairs nicely with oversized coats and utilitarian pieces.

Where is it designed and made?

It is designed and made in China by SMFK, a Chinese designer label.

    How do they fit?

The boots have a structured, mid-calf fit that should feel secure and supportive. Please check the size chart on the page for exact measurements before ordering.
