Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     For eligible items, request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery; delivery day is day 1. Personal-reason refunds to the original payment method have a 10% fee; store credit avoids this fee, except for large returns under Section 12 of the policy. Personal-reason exchanges have a US$12 reshipping fee, including with Coverage. Coverage covers eligible return shipping only. Return postage and a US$12 original free-shipping deduction may also apply.     If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video clearly showing the entire package, packing slip, affected item laid flat, size label, and the reported issue. All details must be clearly visible for verification with our warehouse and designer brand. Refunds or compensation cannot be approved until verification is complete. Confirmed issues will be resolved accordingly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
