Pieces in the Certified Hanfu Collection are not eligible for returns or exchanges for personal reasons, such as size, fit, color or a change of mind. Details such as pressed pleats, embroidery and beading cannot be restored to as-new once tried on, and multi-piece sets cannot be fully re-checked as complete and unworn. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately: report them within 24 hours of delivery with one continuous, unedited video, and once confirmed we will refund, exchange or replace them as appropriate and cover return shipping. This does not affect any rights required by applicable law.
