Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional. All details must be clearly visible for verification with our warehouse and designer brand. Refunds or compensation cannot be approved until verification is complete. Confirmed issues will be resolved accordingly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
