Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional. Personal-reason refunds to the original payment method have a 10% fee; store credit avoids this fee, except for large returns under Section 12 of the policy. Return postage and a US$12 original free-shipping deduction may also apply.
