Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     For eligible items, request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery; delivery day is day 1. Personal-reason refunds to the original payment method have a 10% fee; store credit avoids this fee. Personal-reason exchanges have a US$12 reshipping fee, including with Coverage.
