    For eligible items, request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery; delivery day is day 1. Personal-reason refunds to the original payment method have a 10% fee; store credit avoids this fee. Personal-reason exchanges have a US$12 reshipping fee, including with Coverage.
