The original shoe box is also an essential part of the product, and it is easily damaged on the long return journey. Once this happens, the shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new, authentic items.

    In-stock items normally dispatch within 48 hours; pre-orders follow the schedule shown for the product. Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     Shoes show signs of wear as soon as they are tried on (creased uppers, scuffed soles), and the shoe box is easily damaged in return shipping, so returned shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new. For this reason, footwear cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons, such as size, fit, color or a change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are still covered: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with one continuous, unedited video showing the package, the item and the issue, and once the issue is confirmed, we will refund, exchange or replace the item as appropriate.     If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video clearly showing the entire package, packing slip, affected item laid flat, size label, and the reported issue. All details must be clearly visible for verification with our warehouse and designer brand. Refunds or compensation cannot be approved until verification is complete. Confirmed issues will be resolved accordingly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
