Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     For eligible items, request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery; delivery day is day 1. Personal-reason refunds to the original payment method have a 10% fee; store credit avoids this fee. Personal-reason exchanges have a US$12 reshipping fee, including with Coverage.     If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video clearly showing the entire package, packing slip, affected item laid flat, size label, and the reported issue.
