    Shoe Return Policy

    Footwear is easily marked the moment it is tried on — the leather or fabric upper creases, the sole picks up slight scuffing or dust — and these traces cannot be undone. The original shoe box is also an essential part of the product, and it is easily damaged on the long return journey. Once this happens, the shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new, authentic items.

    If you’re buying them, get the 4 cm version. These heels are very high and become uncomfortable after wearing them for a long time. I’m 162 cm tall and weigh 46 kg, and they come right up to my knees. If you’re shorter, don’t buy them—they’ll make your legs look short.
