    In-stock items normally dispatch within 48 hours; pre-orders follow the schedule shown for the product. Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are still covered: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with one continuous, unedited video showing the package, the item and the issue, and once the issue is confirmed, we will refund, exchange or replace the item as appropriate.
