    Shoes show signs of wear as soon as they are tried on (creased uppers, scuffed soles), and the shoe box is easily damaged in return shipping, so returned shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are still covered: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with one continuous, unedited video showing the package, the item and the issue, and once the issue is confirmed, we will refund, exchange or replace the item as appropriate.
