Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional. Personal-reason refunds to the original payment method have a 10% fee; store credit avoids this fee, except for large returns under Section 12 of the policy. Confirmed issues will be resolved accordingly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
