The original shoe box is also an essential part of the product, and it is easily damaged on the long return journey. Once this happens, the shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new, authentic items.

    So that every customer receives footwear that is brand-new, clean and free of any signs of wear — and to protect the experience and fair treatment of the next customer — footwear cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once it has been dispatched. Faulty or defective items are, of course, always covered.

Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     Shoes show signs of wear as soon as they are tried on (creased uppers, scuffed soles), and the shoe box is easily damaged in return shipping, so returned shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are still covered: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with one continuous, unedited video showing the package, the item and the issue, and once the issue is confirmed, we will refund, exchange or replace the item as appropriate.
