Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China. Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     Shoes show signs of wear as soon as they are tried on (creased uppers, scuffed soles), and the shoe box is easily damaged in return shipping, so returned shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new. For this reason, footwear cannot be returned or exchanged for personal reasons, such as size, fit, color or a change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are still covered: contact us within 24 hours of delivery with one continuous, unedited video showing the package, the item and the issue, and once the issue is confirmed, we will refund, exchange or replace the item as appropriate.
