Optional paid DHL Express typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Processing, customs and other delays are additional.     Shoes show signs of wear as soon as they are tried on (creased uppers, scuffed soles), and the shoe box is easily damaged in return shipping, so returned shoes can no longer be sold as brand-new.
