    Use the measurements for this jacket instead of a general size-label conversion. Compare them with a similar jacket and account for the thickness of your planned layers.

    Can I use it as a winter coat?

    Choose your layers for the conditions you expect. The plush appearance does not establish a temperature rating, wind resistance or waterproofing, so do not use the texture alone to judge weather protection.

    How should I clean the faux fur?

Transit starts after dispatch: U.S. standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from U.S. stock or 5–10 from Hong Kong/China.     For eligible items, request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery; delivery day is day 1.     If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video clearly showing the entire package, packing slip, affected item laid flat, size label, and the reported issue. All details must be clearly visible for verification with our warehouse and designer brand. Refunds or compensation cannot be approved until verification is complete. Confirmed issues will be resolved accordingly. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
