The coat arrived quite wrinkled, and there were still some dent marks on it.

Seller’s response: Hello! We saw your review. Since the coat may have been compressed during shipping and was folded, it may be slightly wrinkled. You can hang it up for a while after receiving it, or iron it if needed. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to help resolve them.

I really like it. A friend recommended it, and the quality and fit are both great.

It’s a little stiff and has a really strong smell. I left it out for a long time, but it still smells.

Seller’s reply: Hello, dear! Since this is a pure wool coat and it was sealed in airtight packaging during shipping, it may have a slight smell, which is normal. Hang it somewhere ventilated and gently pat it—the smell will gradually fade. We’re very sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. We’ll continue reflecting and improving to provide you with a better shopping experience.

This piece is so comfortable! The fabric is soft, and the color and style are both fashionable and versatile.

Seller’s reply: Hello, dear! We saw your comment about the buttons. It seems the factory didn’t sew them on tightly enough. We contacted you and offered compensation, but we didn’t receive a reply. If you have any further issues, please feel free to contact us anytime, and we’ll do our best to resolve them for you.

Seller’s reply: Hello, dear! The buttons on the coat are sewn on by hand, so they can easily become loose or fall off if pulled or subjected to a wide range of movement. We contacted you to discuss a solution, but didn’t receive a reply. We’ll report this to the factory to help prevent it from happening again. We’re very sorry for the poor experience. If you have any questions, please contact customer service anytime and we’ll take care of it for you.
