It’s really slimming on, and my body proportions look much better.
It’s a stretchy fabric, not quite what I imagined, but it looks really nice and is quite comfortable to wear. It just doesn’t really do much to shape the figure.
If you’re pear-shaped, I recommend going one size down. The fabric has some stretch. I like a fitted look—my waist is 63–64 cm and the XS is exactly the effect I wanted.
I’d only bought a pair of shorts from Vock before and the cut was great and very comfy, and this skirt is awesome too! I was worried the slit would be too high, but actually there are buttons from the top of the thigh down to the calf so you can choose how high to open the slit yourself. The waist fits well and really flatters it, and it’s friendly even if you have a little tummy.
The material is great—thick, with stretch, and very forgiving. It hides a little belly, hip shape, side boob, sloping shoulders, all those small figure flaws, and it looks very elegant on. I’m planning to use it as a dress for all kinds of formal occasions.
