It’s labeled as wool, but it isn’t as soft as my other wool clothes, and it picks up lint very easily. You only notice it after wearing it for a few days.

Wool garments can indeed attract loose fibers from the air, which is one of the natural characteristics of this type of fiber. Here are two suggestions: 1. Store it in a garment bag to reduce friction with other clothes. 2. Use the lint brush included with your order to easily remove loose fibers.
