This Soote Season blouse has a vintage-inspired silhouette with a square neckline, bow tie detail, and lace trim at the chest and placket. Raglan sleeves, shirring, and back waist gathers create a waist-defining shape that works well for polished everyday wear, dates, and dressed-up casual outings.
