I’m 169 cm, 50 kg, and wear a 70D. I got a size M. The S was wearable but quite tight, while the M fits better around the bust, though it’s a bit long. After wearing it or sitting for a long time, the boning around the lower stomach bends and sticks out, creating a fake-belly effect that won’t smooth out. Overall, though, the look is pretty good.

Maybe use a better-quality box. The dress itself is great. I’m 163 cm and 60 kg, with a 64 cm high-waist measurement. It fits perfectly, and the stretch is decent. It visibly slims the waist without digging into my back or causing bulges under the arms.
