    Does CHINASQUAD ship internationally?

    Yes. CHINASQUAD ships worldwide from our Los Angeles warehouse (some orders may also route from Hong Kong or New York to shorten transit times). Whether you're in the US, UK, EU, Asia, Australia or beyond, you can place an order and we'll get it to your door.

    Which countries and regions does CHINASQUAD ship to?

    We ship to over 200 countries and regions globally — US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the Middle East and most of Southeast Asia. If your country shows at checkout, we ship there. A handful of remote regions or sanctioned territories may be excluded.

    Does CHINASQUAD offer free worldwide shipping?

    Yes — free worldwide standard shipping on orders of USD $99 or more. For orders under $99, the standard shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on destination, basket weight and courier availability.

    How long does CHINASQUAD shipping take?

    After hand-off to the carrier: USA & Canada 5–8 business days, UK & EU 6–10 business days, Australia / Asia 5–9 business days, rest of world 8–14 business days. Customs, weather and remote-area routing may add a few extra days.

    How long does it take to process my order?

    Spot (in-stock) items are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours from our LA warehouse. Working days are Monday – Saturday, excluding local public holidays. During peak seasons or stock-audit windows, processing can extend by 1–2 days.

    What is the difference between in-stock items and pre-order items?

    In-stock items are physically held in our warehouse and ship within 24–48 hours. Pre-order items are produced or shipped from the designer's studio after you place the order, and ship within the lead time stated on the product page (usually 1–4 weeks). The product page will clearly say "Pre-order" with the expected ship date.

    Why do some CHINASQUAD items take longer to ship?

    Several reasons: it may be a pre-order or made-to-order designer piece; it may ship from a different warehouse (e.g. Hong Kong instead of LA); or you ordered multiple items and we're consolidating them. Any item with a longer lead time will say so on its product page.

    Does CHINASQUAD provide tracking information?

    Yes — as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier, we email you a tracking link. You can also log into your account → Orders to see the latest status anytime.

    Why has my tracking information not updated yet?

    It can take 1–3 business days for the first carrier scan to appear after we generate the label. International parcels may also stay quiet for a few days while in transit between hubs. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7+ days, email service@chinasquad.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.

    Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    Yes — only if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order, before it enters the warehouse queue. Email us ASAP with your order number and the new address. Once shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

    What happens if my package is returned to sender?

    Usually it's an incorrect / incomplete address, an uncollected pickup at the local point, or missing customs documents (rare, since we ship DDP). When this happens we'll email you to confirm a re-ship address (re-shipping fees may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

    What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?

    First check with neighbours, your building reception, mailbox and any safe-drop spots — couriers sometimes leave parcels without ringing. Wait 48 hours, since "Delivered" is occasionally scanned in advance. If it still hasn't shown up, email us with your order number and shipping address and we'll open a missing-parcel investigation with the carrier.

    Does CHINASQUAD ship from the United States or China?

    By default, orders ship from our Los Angeles, USA warehouse. Some US orders may ship from Hong Kong and some non-US orders may route via New York when it shortens the timeline. Either way, your tracking number stays the same in your account.

    Can I choose express shipping?

    Yes. Most destinations support DHL Global Express (2–4 business days) or a comparable premium service. The express option appears at checkout with the quoted fee — eligibility depends on your address, item type and basket size.

    Do CHINASQUAD orders require a signature upon delivery?

    For most standard orders, no signature is required. For high-value orders or express deliveries, the carrier may request a signature on delivery for security. If you'd like to waive or add the signature requirement, email us before the parcel ships.

    What payment methods does CHINASQUAD accept?

    Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay & Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and (by manual link in select regions) Alipay & WeChat Pay.

    Can I pay with PayPal, credit card, or Shop Pay?

    Yes — all three are supported at checkout. PayPal lets you pay with your PayPal balance, linked card or bank. Credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Diners. Shop Pay enables a one-tap accelerated checkout and (where eligible) installment payments.

    Does CHINASQUAD support installment payments?

    Yes — through Shop Pay Installments, where eligible you can split your order into 4 interest-free payments. Approval is decided by Shop Pay; we don't see or control the underwriting.

    Are duties and taxes included in my order total?

    Yes. All CHINASQUAD orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — any import duties and taxes are already included in the product price. You won't see a separate duties line at checkout.

    Will I need to pay customs fees when my CHINASQUAD order arrives?

    No. Because we ship DDP, the courier will not ask you to pay anything on delivery. If you ever receive an unexpected duty bill, take a photo and email it to us — we'll handle it.

    Why was my payment declined?

    The three usual reasons are: the billing address doesn't match what your bank has on file; your bank has blocked an international or first-time foreign charge (a quick call to your bank usually fixes it); or the card has hit its limit / 3-D Secure approval wasn't completed. Try another card, or email us and we can send a secure pay-link.

    Is my payment information secure on CHINASQUAD?

    Yes. We never see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe, which are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the same security standard used by major banks. The site is fully encrypted (HTTPS) at every step.

    Can I use a discount code after placing my order?

    Discount codes must be applied at checkout — we can't add them retroactively to a placed order. If your code wasn't accepted, double-check the spelling, expiry date, and any minimum-spend conditions before retrying. Each order can use only one promo code.

    Can I change the currency at checkout?

    Yes — use the currency switcher at the top right of the site to display prices in your preferred currency. Final charge will be the amount shown on the order summary; your bank may apply a small FX fee on conversion.

    When will I be charged for my order?

    Your card or wallet is charged at the moment you place the order, so we can confirm payment and process shipping immediately. For pre-order items, you're still charged at checkout — that's what reserves the piece for you.

    How do I know if my CHINASQUAD order was successfully placed?

    You'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam / promotions folder, then your account → Orders. If still missing after 2 hours, email us with the email address you used at checkout.

    Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    Yes — within 2 hours of placing the order, before the warehouse begins picking it. Email service@chinasquad.com with your order number ASAP. Once the order is processed, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.

    Can I modify my order after checkout?

    Within the same 2-hour window we can usually update your shipping address, contact details or swap a size. Item-for-item swaps depend on warehouse availability. Contact us as soon as you can — the sooner the better.

    Can I add another item to an existing order?

    We can't add items to an existing order once it's submitted, because each order generates its own picking ticket. Place the new item as a separate order and email us — if it hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to combine the parcels and refund the second shipping fee.

    Why did I receive multiple packages for one order?

    Two main reasons: (1) items in your order ship from different warehouses (e.g. some from LA, some from Hong Kong); (2) one item is a pre-order with a later ship date, so we ship the in-stock items first so you don't have to wait. Each parcel has its own tracking number in your account.

    What should I do if I entered the wrong email address?

    Email service@chinasquad.com from the correct address with your order number, full name, and the wrong email you used. We'll update the order, re-send the confirmation, and re-link future tracking emails.

    What should I do if I ordered the wrong size or color?

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 2 hours and we'll change it where possible. If it's already shipped, just open a return / exchange once the parcel arrives — you have 14 days from delivery.

    Can CHINASQUAD combine multiple orders?

    Sometimes — if both orders were placed within a couple of hours of each other and neither has shipped yet. Email us right after placing the second order with both order numbers and we'll try to merge them and refund any duplicate shipping.

    Why was my order partially fulfilled?

    If part of your order was a pre-order or shipped from a different warehouse, we'll send the available items first instead of holding everything up. The remaining items follow in a separate parcel — at no extra charge.

    What does it mean if my order contains pre-order items?

    Pre-order items are reserved for you but ship later, on the date listed on the product page. If your basket also contains in-stock items, by default we ship the in-stock pieces first. If you'd prefer everything to ship together, leave a note at checkout or email us after ordering.

    Returns & Exchanges

    What is CHINASQUAD's return policy?

    You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Final-sale items (clearance, intimates, swimwear, made-to-order) are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

    How do I request a return authorization?

    Email service@chinasquad.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with a Return Authorization (RA), the warehouse address, and (if eligible) a return label.

    Do I need approval before sending a return back?

    Yes. Returns sent without an RA may be refused or delayed at our warehouse. Always email us first so we can register the return and route it to the correct hub (US, CA, UK or MX).

    How long do I have to ship my return after receiving return authorization?

    Please ship the parcel within 7 days of receiving the RA, and send us the tracking number. Returns posted later than 7 days after the RA may not be accepted.

    What items are eligible for return?

    Most full-price ready-to-wear items in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging are eligible. Try things on over a layer rather than against bare skin, and avoid removing or damaging tags before you decide.

    Which items are final sale and cannot be returned?

    Final-sale items include: clearance / sale-section items, intimates and swimwear, earrings and pierced jewellery, beauty and fragrance, made-to-order or custom-sized pieces, and anything explicitly marked "Final Sale" on the product page.

    Can I exchange an item for a different size?

    Yes — within the 14-day window, each item can be exchanged once. Email us, send the original item back with your RA, and we'll ship the new size as soon as the return is received and inspected.

    Can I exchange an item for a different style?

    We don't offer direct style-for-style exchanges. The simplest path is to return the original item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for the style you'd like.

    Who pays for return shipping?

    Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless: (1) you bought Return Coverage (Redo) at checkout, in which case the label is on us; or (2) the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, in which case we cover return shipping in full.

    Are original shipping fees refundable?

    The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable. The only exceptions: we sent the wrong item, the item is faulty, or the order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase.

    How long does it take to process a refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return: store credit / gift card is issued within 7 days; refunds to your original payment method are issued within 3–10 business days. Card networks may add an extra 3–5 days for the funds to land.

    Why was my return refused?

    The most common reasons are: the return was sent without an RA; the parcel arrived after the 14-day window; tags were missing or items showed signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant or pet hair; or the item is final-sale. We'll always email a photo and explanation if a return is refused.

    What should I do if I received a damaged item?

    Email service@chinasquad.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the SKU label. We'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, an exchange or a full refund — your choice.

    What should I do if I received the wrong item?

    Email us within 7 days with your order number, photos of the item and its SKU label, and we'll send a prepaid label, ship the correct piece, or refund in full. We cover all shipping costs in this case.

    Can I return an item without the original packaging?

    The original tags must be attached for a return to be accepted. Outer poly-mailers can be replaced, but the inner garment bag, dust bag and tags should stay on. Returns missing tags or original packaging may be refused or refunded as store credit only.

    How do I choose the right size on CHINASQUAD?

    Each product page has its own size chart with chest, shoulder, waist, hip and length in centimetres. Measure a similar garment you already own and match those numbers to the chart. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or stick to your usual size for a slim fit.

    Does CHINASQUAD use Asian sizing or US sizing?

    Our pieces use Asian sizing, which generally runs one size smaller than US / EU sizing. A US M often corresponds to an Asian L. Always check the cm measurements on the size chart rather than the letter size.

    Where can I find the size chart?

    Click the "Size Guide" link directly under the size selector on every product page. Charts are item-specific and include both garment-flat measurements and a recommended body-measurement range.

    What measurements should I check before ordering?

    For tops & dresses: chest, shoulder, sleeve length, total length. For bottoms: waist, hip, thigh, inseam, total length. For outerwear: chest, shoulder, sleeve length, total length. Compare these to the product's flat measurements, allowing 2–4 cm of ease for comfort.

    What should I do if I am between two sizes?

    For relaxed silhouettes (oversized tops, blazers, hoodies), size up. For fitted styles (slim tops, dresses, fitted skirts), size down if you prefer a snug fit, or up if you'd rather have room. Still unsure? Email us with your usual sizes and we'll recommend.

    Can CHINASQUAD help me choose a size?

    Yes — email service@chinasquad.com or use live chat with the product link, your height and weight, and the brands / sizes you usually wear. Our stylists will recommend the closest fit, usually within 24 hours.

    Are product measurements taken flat or on the body?

    Garment measurements are taken flat (laid on a table, not stretched). The body-fit range is calculated from those flat measurements with appropriate ease. If you're unsure which to use, the cm flat-measurement is the most reliable.

    Why do different brands on CHINASQUAD have different size charts?

    CHINASQUAD curates many independent Chinese designer labels, and each studio uses its own block patterns and grading rules. That's why an "M" from one brand may not equal an "M" from another. Always use the chart on the specific product page.

    Do CHINASQUAD clothes run small?

    Compared to typical US / EU sizing, yes — most items run about one size smaller. We recommend checking the cm measurements first; if they match your body, the fit will be true to the brand's intended silhouette.

    How should I choose a size for dresses, skirts, and fitted tops?

    For these styles, prioritise the tightest measurement — usually waist or hip — and let length follow. If your hip is borderline between sizes, go up; you can take in the waist easily, but you can't add hip room. For fitted bodices, also check the chest measurement.

    Will sold-out items be restocked?

    Some pieces are restocked, others are seasonal one-offs. Click "Notify Me" on the product page and you'll get an email the moment your size returns. Our customer service team can also let you know if a restock is planned.

    How often does CHINASQUAD release new arrivals?

    New designer drops land multiple times per week across the year, with bigger seasonal collections four times a year. Follow us on Instagram (@chinasquad_official_site) and subscribe to our email list to get drops first.

    Do I need an account to place an order?

    No — you can check out as a guest. We do recommend creating an account, though, because it lets you track orders, save addresses, manage returns and access exclusive member offers.

    How can I contact CHINASQUAD customer service?

    Three ways: email service@chinasquad.com, use the live chat bubble at the bottom-right of the site, or message us on WeChat at Chinasquad. Email is best for order issues; chat is best for quick product questions.

    What information should I include when contacting customer service?

    To get a fast and accurate first reply, include: your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name / SKU, and clear photos if it's a quality issue. For sizing questions, share the product link plus your height, weight and usual size.

    How long does CHINASQUAD customer service take to reply?

    Most emails are answered within 24 hours on business days. Service hours are Monday–Friday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (GMT+8). Weekend emails are answered the next Monday.

    Can I contact CHINASQUAD for styling or size advice?

    Yes — that's one of our favourite kinds of email. Send us the product link and your usual sizing details and our stylists will recommend the right size and pair pieces together for outfit ideas.

    Where can I find CHINASQUAD policies?

    How can I check my order status?

    Log into your account and click Orders for live status, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you checked out as a guest, the tracking link is in the order confirmation email.

    How can I update my customer information?

    Log into your account → Account Settings to update your email, password, default shipping addresses and marketing preferences. To change the email tied to your account or delete it entirely, email service@chinasquad.com from the registered address.
